Our business will be partially closed from December 31, 2024 to January 17, 2025.
A small team on site will still process orders received during this period. However, please expect a slightly slower processing time than you are used to from us.
Orders received during this time will:
- either be processed and shipped within 4-5 business days.
- or processed and shipped immediately on January 17, 2025, provided they contain products that are manufactured in-house.

Returns processing:
We ask for your understanding that returns received between December 31, 2024 and January 17, 2025 will not be processed and refunds made until January 21 and 22, 2025.
So that you can return or exchange your Christmas gifts in case of doubt, we are again granting an extended return period this year!
For all products from November 25th up to December 23, 2024, an extended return period applies until January 17, 2025.
How to order from GARY MASH®?
To order in our online shop, you can either check out as a guest or create your own user account. You can set up an account yourself in a few steps. After you have set up your customer account, we will send you an e-mail. Please confirm your registration with us by following the link in the e-mail. Thus, your customer account is activated and you can access it in the future, for example. to inform about the shipping status of your order. When you find your favorite products, just put them in the cart and go to checkout. Then quickly enter your address and select the desired payment method. That's it!
Please note that the goods will be reserved for you in advance payment for a period of 7 days. After that, we can not guarantee that the ordered items are still available.
What payment methods are there?
You can pay by prepayment bank transfer, credit card, bank transfer and PayPal. Sometimes we may not be able to provide all forms of payment at all times. The release of the payment method is namely for each new order and checked by an automated procedure. If it does not work, just try another payment method or contact us.
We want to pay our shipping partners fairly and not be price pressure. We also want to offer you fair prices for our products and not include any other hidden costs. For this reason, we have a fairly calculated shipping fee per order.

Austria postal delivery:
If your order only includes greeting/saying cards, we will send them with the Austrian Post. The shipping fee for this is € 1,90.
Germany:
€ 5,90 (3-5 working days)
Germany postal delivery:
If your order only includes greeting/saying cards, we will send them with the Austrian Post. The shipping fee for this is € 2,90.
Countries Zone 1 *:
€ 13,90 (5-10 working days)
Countries Zone 2 **:
€ 29,90 (10-15 working days)
Shipping to packing stations:
We do not ship to pack stations. If you have specified a packing station as the delivery address, your billing address will automatically be used as the delivery address.

Prime Time Shipping:
You can choose our Prime Time shipping in the shopping cart if your delivery address is within Austria.
The delivery time is one working day, delivery is until 12:00 o’clock.
Important note:
Your order must be received by 10:30 a.m. the day before and completed using online payment (PayPal, direct transfer, credit card). And a phone number is necessary.
Example:
You want to buy a last minute gift from us on the 23rd of December. So that your order on December 24th. can be delivered to you by 12:00 p.m., this must be on 23.12. to be received by 10:30 at the latest.

Are returns free?
If we have sent your package within Austria or to Germany, the return is free of charge for you. In the case of a return or exchange request, use the return documents enclosed with your shipment. Please fill out the return form completely so that we can correctly assign your return. Post your postage prepaid with the DPD label in the nearest DPD parcel shop. Alternative return types are possible, but we do not cover the return costs for this.
Please note that we do not accept postage paid or postage unpaid.
If we have forgotten to include return documents with your package, please contact us at contact@garymash.com. We would be happy to send you the documents by email.
Outside of Austria and Germany we can not offer free return shipping yet.
At contact@garymash.com you will receive a return slip from us. Please fill it out completely and enclose it with the return.

How do I send back?
If something does not suit you or if you do not like it anymore for some reason, you are welcome to send it back to us. For this, the parts must be unworn and originally packed.
How long can I return items?
You can return items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
How long does the refund take?
We do that very quickly: As soon as your return has been booked, we will do everything we can to ensure that you get your money back as soon as possible. We usually arrange the refund within a maximum of 2 working days.
Can I exchange something?
Exchange shipments are free of charge for orders from Austria and Germany. Make a note of the size you want on the return form and send the item that you want to exchange back to us as usual along with your return. You can find information on return under the FAQ item "Return".
Registration
A customer account created by you offers many advantages. For example, you always have insight into your last orders.
For the registration of a customer account please fill out all fields of our registration form truthfully.
You will need the password and the given e-mail address for future logins.
