Cloth tampons work just like ordinary disposable tampons. They absorb very well, are super comfortable to wear and are available in three different sizes, from which you can choose depending on the severity of your bleeding. Of course, all tampons are made from organic cotton.
Cloth tampons pay off after a few monthly cycles because you only have to buy them once and then use them again and again, instead of constantly buying disposable tampons.

Use:
Roll up the tampon and decide how tightly or loosely you want to wrap it. Then you wrap the cord around it and tie a knot so that you can easily pull out the tampon later. Insert the tampon into the vagina just like a conventional tampon. Change the tampon after 4-5 hours or as soon as you notice that the tampon has filled. Rinse it out and then keep it in a mini wet bag until you get home and then put it in a laundry bag. Always wash your tampons in a laundry bag, otherwise they can get tangled in the washing machine. It is perfectly okay to wash your tampons along with your other laundry.
We recommend boiling out the tampons once before using them for the first time. You can adjust the length of the cords at your own discretion.

Washing instructions:
Place used tampons in a small bucket. Rinse with a little salt or stain soap before washing in cold water. Wash at 40-90 ° C and then allow to air dry. ALWAYS wash tampons in a laundry net so they don’t get tangled in the washing machine.

Note: Washable tampons, like conventional disposable tampons, can cause TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome). Remember to change the tampon enough times and not to wear it too long to avoid this.
