Seagrass lives in the coastal waters of most continents. Seagrass is unique because it is the only flowering plant that can live underwater. Furniture made from dried seaweed is hand-woven while the plants are still green. When the seaweed dries, the furniture loses its green color, becomes solid and ready for use.

Care instructions:
The smooth and shiny outside makes seagrass very easy to care for. Use a soft cloth to remove dust or dirt along the rows of grass. If desired, you can smooth the seaweed with steaming.
We recommend storing seagrass furniture indoors. Outdoor please protect from rain and harsh weather. Because if the material is and stays wet for a long time, it can rot because it is a natural material. Direct sunlight also fades the color of the seagrass.
